For employers looking to fill internships and entry-level positions with candidates adept at communication, analysis, and creative problem solving, the Liberal Arts Career NetWORK provides direct access to high achieving students from 28 of the nation’s best colleges.  Using a free web portal, employers can connect with over 60,000 new, diverse liberal arts and sciences graduates with a broad knowledge base and skills that are readily transferable to the workplace.

Post an internship or job opportunity for students and alumni. Your opportunity will be posted and accessible by all 28 schools by posting once (did we mention it's free).

Some key statistics from the 28 member schools:

  • 60,000 students with 17,000 graduating seniors each year
  • Diverse population: Students from 50 US States and over 100 countries with a high percentage of women and students of color
  • Top Majors: Government/Political Science, Psychology, Economics, English, History, Biology, Anthropology, Sociology
  • 445 Scholarships/fellowships awarded over the past three years - Fulbright, Watson, Goldwater, National Science Foundation and others.

The goal of the Liberal Arts Career NetWORK is to connect graduates with employers.  A recently published study titled “College Learning for the New Global Century,” published by The Association of American Colleges and Universities, highlighted the importance of putting employers in direct dialogue with students.

“Employers are calling with new urgency for graduates who are broadly prepared and who also possess the analytical and practical skills that are essential for both innovation and organizational effectiveness” “Employers are urging more- and better-liberal education . . . Because employers view innovation as their most important competitive advantage, they seek to hire graduates who can think beyond the routine and who have the ability not just to adapt to change, but to help create it.”

The Liberal Arts Career NetWORK is perfectly positioned to foster this dialog.
